Title

Development of an AI/ML Based Integrated Pipeline for Gene Family Identification Related to Abiotic Stress and Associated Pathways, with its Application in Lentil Genome

Objectives

Objective 1: To develop an AI/ML based approach for identification of abiotic stress related gene families in Plants. Objective 2: To develop an integrated pipeline for gene family identification and its associated pathway. Objective 3: To apply the developed pipeline to the lentil genome and characterize important gene families related to abiotic stress.
